		<description>I have been lucky enough to have worked with &quot;Prof Wilcocks&quot; on a couple of initiatives - a big RFP; he oversaw a consulting project for IS and I was his pilot fish at World Mobile Congress in Barcelona two years ago.  He is the real deal and as much as I miss Gus, I have no doubt he will be awesome for IS.  nice post Duncan!</description>
