For too long damagement’s focus was on short-term profits and not on long-term strategies…

Should be very interesting to see what Telkom does – the best they can do now is to get rid of the Government stake in Telkom, privatize completely, and sell off the local loop.

Of course the unions will complain should the local loop be sold off – job losses etc – but Telkom will have to do that in order to survive, or more jobs will be lost.

Interesting times, for sure.
