Our service is the slowest and our calls are the most expensive in the world. In a country trying to find its feet their attitude is worse than disgusting. They have no pride in their country, no pride in themselves and no pride in their product. Their main interest is simply to rip off an uneducated public as much as they can, overburdening small businesses and limiting their progress. My telephone bill is the biggest bill I pay every month and my plans to immigrate are well advanced. To Telkom I say "thank you for nothing". Telkom took the public for a huge ride. Well done - it shows that they do want to change. I really do hope that they will be settting the trend and be the leader for a change. But - LLU should be addressed as soon as possible as well - without LLU the playing field is skewed in Telkom's favour. Of all things we didn’t expected this from Telkom.
