I've been Rudi's customer for several months and can honestly say I'm truly gatvol of their service. They've done just about everything you can think of to restrict their uncapped "unlimited" internet. At the same time, they've been piling in the customers to the ceiling. Their support people are poorly trained and hard to reach. On top of that, many have quite an attitude and will get personal with you quite quickly. They claim to know everything about everything but you can see from the cr*p they talk that they really don't have a clue. If you push them too far they just get defeatist and say the account is not suitable for you and suggest a more expensive one. In fact a cynic would say they are downgrading the cheap R219 accounts in order to up-sell. Mweb is only for the die-hard down-loader willing to put up with a lot of downtime, heavy shaping, flimsy promises and general BS emanating from tech support.
