Just hurry up and bring 3D to Port Elizabeth, Ster-Kinekor and Nu Metro! Was very disappointed when I found I couldn't see Avatar in 3D in my city.

We qualify for a World Cup Stadium, I'm sure we have the figures for a 3D cinema!

Dear B Rand
When I talk about the 'secure environment of a mall' I align this to a collective entertainment experience that reaches a wider target market than the traditional 'entertainment' node in this case nightclubs and pubs, I have not stated that these are less secure than a mall, but if I utilise this December as a case in study then the malls and the numerous attendances during this period justify the statement that consumers are feeling secure in this environment.

Whilst I appreciate your opinion it may be of interest to you that I have spent over 20 years in the nightclub industry as a promoter, partner and owner of a few highly recognised nightclubs in South Africa. Notwithstanding having recieved various rewards and accolades from the industry, and considering my last nightclub was voted club of the year does allow me to have a well balanced opinion of drawing parallels bewteen the 'entertainment' experience. But, you are correct in stating they are different experiences. Regards

Does Mr Bender even know what he is taking about? For example - South Africans look to secure environments such as shopping centres for entertainment, rather than nightclubs and pubs. Can he please share details on where he arrived at these stats! They are misleading as well as inane. Both experiences are different firstly and secondly shopping centres are more prone to criminal activity than nightclubs.
