It crashed on me once, without loss of data.

At no point did I perceive the voice acting as wooden or heavily accented, with the exception of Mad Jack, who I thought could have sounded more menacing, given his build. However, although fluent and frequently conversing on a business level, I’m not a native english speaker. So some nuances of the accents may simply have evaded me.

The control scheme is simply awesome. Of course, it gets a novelty bonus, but I firmly believe it’ll still be really good after the novelty wears off. I’m looking forward to other games adapting to that type of controls.

Now that I’ve beaten it once, I find it a bit too short. I got it on Friday (today is Sunday), haven’t even played obsessively, and am already through. I hope that it makes up for its lack in length with a richness is breadth. I hope that I will indeed find that different actions, different decisions, have different consequences and lead to different endings.

Inches short of greatness, maybe, but on a mile long course.
